- FEARLESS -
I step into your craggy lair
 Despite your fearsome roar;
The bones of others unprepared
 Lie strewn about the floor.

I stare into your gleaming eyes
 With no distress incurred,
For I am searching for the lost
 And shall not be deterred.

My sandals guide each eager step
 Around your hidden snares,
And in my hand I bear a torch
 For those trapped unawares.

Don't bother rattling your scales
 Or thrashing with your tail,
For I am searching for the lost
 And destined not to fail.

I sense the flames of your attack
 Deflected by my shield,
Yet watch you tremble when you spot
 The righteous blade I wield.

But I shall never quake in fear
 Or flee into the night,
For I am searching for the lost
And shan't give up the fight.
